A Word From the Founder…

Having started the company in 2001, we’ve been in business for a little more than two decades.

Focusing on the manufacturing side, I initially had representatives go out and meet with clients. Eventually I found that it made more sense to be the face of the brand and switched to a more customer-facing role.

Having done so, I’ve now had the privilege of meeting every single client that has had their installation done by Rapid Blinds.

From outdoor home patio installations to restaurants and coffee shops, my personal interactions with each of our clients have fostered enduring relationships. Whether moving house or upgrading from existing products, clients have been happy to refer us to family and friends.

My kids often ask whether I get bored doing the same thing day in and day out. My response is always the same; each new day brings with it a new challenge. Whether we’re doing outdoor shades or flitting a retractable awning, every client is a brand-new encounter, a unique story with varying requirements that ensures I am never bored. Besides, I love what I do!

In a struggling economy and a market that is constantly shifting, Rapid Blinds has managed to thrive in a challenging industry. I remain positive in the face of professional adversity and look forward to the many people we have yet to help.
